Components - a clever filing system

Classei Orga-Files are made of strong paper or cardboard and come completely without metal or plastic parts. They are also reusable and therefore very eco-friendly. They are available in different versions: thin, thick and collection folders for different amounts of paper. Up to 200 sheets fit into a single file. Of course, they are also available in different colours, for example to distinguish between different business areas and tasks more easily. Exclusive files for presentations are also part of it. They all have the extremely practical Orga bar on the top.

Classei Orga-Tabs are self-adhesive cardboard tabs in different colors, widths and heights, which are attached to the Orga-Files. With them you can quickly make a color assignment for different customers, tasks or departments. For example: yellow for sales and red for marketing. Or would you prefer pink and turquoise? The possibilities are unlimited. Try out which system suits your organisation best. Manual labelling is still the fastest way, but it is also possible with a suitable printer. We would also be happy to label the Orga-Tabs according to your individual wishes.

Classei Orga-Boxes are large card index cases, which can hold up to 100 Orga-Files in DIN-A4 format. They are slim and designed in such a way that they can easily be placed next to each other in shelves, cupboards, desk drawers or mobile containers. You don't have to replace your existing office furniture because the boxes fit in everywhere - with clipped-in hanging rails, they even fit into the previously unloved hanging file cabinets! There is the right box for every taste: made of noble acrylic glass, robust plastic or inexpensive, stable cardboard.
